Unused jewellery in its original condition with invoice and certificate can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding coins and customised items).

Lifetime exchange

Exchange your gold and diamond jewellery at prevailing rates at any time. Gold is valued at the current rate for its purity, and diamonds at the current price.

Buyback

Buyback is available at 90% of the current gold value and 80% of the diamond value.
